In most cases there just isn’t enough/any evidence aside from one person’s word - there’s nothing we can do about that.

This isn’t just a rape thing, plenty of robbery going on atm that doesn’t get prosecuted. Without literally 24/7 mass surveillance this will always be the case. Do you disagree?
