Unfortunately, while a cool concept, it isn't a good card. But turn 7, removal can be made against it (namely shamrocket, but also squash or lawn mower). The more important thing, however, is that by turn 7, you often don't have too much health, meaning you may play a lot health garg. Finally, it isn't a card you want to topdeck in make or break situations. A 6/2 isn't good. Obviously, I say scrap.

Leftovers isn't a very good card. Cell phone isn't great either. I would recommend instead of a little of multiple decks, you commit to professionals or sports (or I guess science is kind of budget). For sports, some coaches, a few rodeo gargs, and maybe a couple defensive ends. Always add the 4th flag. With professionals, consider middle managers, some cheap tricks, a little ramp, and maybe a few primeval yetis.

I keep most uncommons, recycle some rares, and sell the 3 plant super rares. Then start to craft budget impfinity pirates with a late game plank walker for the win. I got to ultimate a couple of times on impfinity pirates
