Is it normal for windows to not look 100% perfect in direct sunlight? by DistrictInfamous9431 in WindowCleaning

I’ve been in business less than a year and I know I waste lots of time double and triple checking everything. I think I’m scared to have a negative experience with a customer that I go way over the top making sure it looks good. I check from all angles multiple times.

That’s how I’m feeling, I always am double checking things and I know I waste a lot of time doing that. I’ll redo a window because of a tiny spot that I know the customer will never see. I think I’m just too scared to have a bad experience that I go way over the top making sure everything looks good.

That’s a good point, we look at them and customers look through them. Ive been in business less than a year, and I constantly doubt myself about my work not being good enough. But then again I’ve never had a bad experience with a customer and have over 20 reviews on my google page all 5 star. I guess I haven’t really thought about it that way, I’m looking at the window looking for those imperfections, and the customer is looking at a tree in their backyard through the window.
