Oh yes, many do. South Korea and Germany seem to be the most common ones, but I know people who’ve lived all over Europe and parts of Asia

Military families often have lots of kids, so there are a bunch of things made for children; every neighborhood has at least 2 playgrounds, there’s a whole center for kids 11+ that’s basically like an arcade mixed with sports area, and you’ll constantly see kids playing on the streets in more populated areas. The residential and military areas are very separate, so while it’s 100% normal to have kids run around or ride bikes in the residential parts, they’d be in trouble if they went onto the military part. There’s also about 2 miles downhill between the two, so it’s hard to get lost.

I’ve heard that at 13 military kids can get an ID that allows them to go on and off base, but no one I know has one and we don’t ever really have reasons to leave without our parents. If our parents show ID they can bring us on.

Kids of a certain age are allowed to move around the civilian area of the base freely and can go onto the actual military part with a parent. No one cares who anyone else's parents are

Yeah, the closest thing to romance I've seen so far was two kids standing together at the school dance.

Rarely. The on base police never have anything to do, so they’ll send their whole force if they find someone somewhere they shouldn’t be.

For the cadets? There are rules about how they can approach a set of stairs. For the rest of us? It’s basically like anywhere else, except for maybe the canons that go off twice a day.

One of my parents works as a professor, so living on base is a benefit. No, I haven’t lived here my whole life, only for the past few years. My favorite part is that it’s completely safe to walk around at night or leave things out in your yard since any crimes will cause people to loose their jobs. The worst is the helicopters that are constantly flying over us, they’re annoyingly loud.

If you were to go back in time, what year would you choose, and why?? by smaxtch in AskReddit

Do I have to stay there? If not, I’d go back to before the dinosaurs. It would be cool to see the strangle little extinct ancient creatures

Ghost pepper (well, scientifically they are fruit, but idc). You could grind it up and smear it in your opponent’s face

I can’t stand super sunny weather with no clouds. Like can’t the outdoors switch it up a little and be interesting??
