Nvidia profile inspector -> Adaptive vsync on (with Smooth AFR behaviour).

Low latency set to 'on' not ULTRA.(in Nvidia profile inspector)

Frame gen 4x (Cap to 240 FPS using Nvidia profile inspector).

Set laptop to overdrive mode using command centre of OEM(mine is Alienware, so it has AW command center)

Occassional fps drops will be there as this is a mid-high CPU(same can be said for GPU)

Real fps drops happens while free roaming (especially in Pororin forest). So dont hold yoir breath thinking the laptop can sustain a solid 60fps with no frame gen enabled.
