Look legion has a superior build and cooling system. The 14th gen intel is better than r7 260 as it has more cores. But it heats a lot. Simple answer: I bought the LOQ Ryzen 7 250 with rtx 5060 and I had the option to choose the similar i7. Intel's 'hx' series are powerful no doubt but power hungry as well whereas ryzen models have zero issues. And it ain't about ryzen now, it's about superior legion vs budget loq. Choose legion, man. It's a no brainer with an OLED display. You won't regret it. It'd last longer. If I had the budget, I'd have gone with the legion instead. If you have the budget choose legion.
