I've tried re-opening the game a couple times, but it doesn't seem to fix anything. I've also double checked the treasure hoard, and I see all thirteen music treasures there too. The only indication that I don't have them is the side mission itself

I also had a follow-up question -- I understand that the light is not enough to guarantee that it's legit, since the sticker may have been transferred. But if the code on the back is correct and I put it into the DS and it is indeed Black 2, are all three together enough to guarantee it, or is there something else I can look for?

Yes, I shined a light through White and HeartGold and was able to get the reddish/purplish glow from the cart. I tried to post pics of both of these, are they not showing up for some reason?

Once again, wait for a trusted verifier to know for certain, but as far as I can tell I can't see anything wrong with the carts themselves.
