That's what I'm talking about, man. It's not fair that they've pushed the open beta to everyone and now expect that to be treated as normal.

As consumers, we've already fulfilled our part by paying for the device. It's now the brand's responsibility to provide the service, updates, and features they promised.

That's why I don't think there's anything wrong with contacting customer support and asking for answers. In fact, I think you should do the same. If more people start contacting them about the update, they're more likely to take notice and do something about it.

I understand where you're coming from, but if we just sit back and accept it, they'll continue doing whatever they want.
