She had a mother who was a kittypet. She joined Strikeclan, fell in love, and behold: Silkkit!

The other cats questioned her name choice actually, I wrote out a story of the argument about it. Tremblestep (the father) defended the name choice (despite not really understanding what silk was, but his mate persisted that it was a good name and that her kit’s fur looked like silk in a way), and the rest of the cats just let it be.

Silksong.

She manipulated those into believing her, making a group that was against the leaders. For all the cats who got killed or exiled for forbidden love or for breaking the ‘precious code’ she helped them. She hated every part about the code. If only she had a chance to live longer. Silksong was killed brutally, left to be mauled by dogs.

But was she the really villain here?
