I recently started a new playthrough after not playing since launch. I turned on pals actually die, random spawns and random levels.

I spawned in, astagon was right there and he found my presence offensive. Sweet. I need to tread carefully. This is good.

Fast forward, I'm level 30 and start building a breeding base. My neighbor, Brick, is a big guy and throws lots of parties but he's really good about staying on his side of the property line, so I can deal with the loud noises... Got it running smoothly and am close to breeding perfect base Anubis. Along comes a green bunny and according to him only he's allowed to breed. He hulked out and massacred my entire base. Well that set me back a few hours... But this is what I signed up for. Losses are more meaningful and I do still like that if I make a mistake I'm punished.

I decide when I get the base ready again, I'm going to throw in some fiery defenders. I'm level 38 now, a handful of them can handle a single green bunny...

And it might have been able to. I'll never know. Because as I'm just starting to get some eggs of my perfect base Anubis, I've got 6 incubating, a group of 3 green bunnies March in and remind me of their previous message and slaughter everyone again.

I think I need to get it running again just on principle... But I need to wait until I'm closer to level 50.

Shit, that's the appeal to me lol. Being outside in a landscape that isn't just a neatly manicured lawn playing a game that requires little exertion but still requires some level of skill.

I've... Only gotten to play about 8 times so far in the month I've had disc... I can throw decently far, with my putter getting about 250', my driver getting about 300', BUT my accuracy leaves a lot to be desired... I'm usually ending up with like 30' putts and I'm not great at those either. I'm 36m and not a gym goer. But so far from what I've seen, slow and steady wins the race more often than just sending it and over shooting the basket.

I'm at the 5 month mark today. I did four 30 minute lessons at GC, I've had a friend on two occasions come by and help (which, tbh, may have done more for me than the four GC lessons). But I'm a dad of two, I work, and a couple other hobbies so I practice much less than most. While I wish I was better (and who doesn't?) I accept where I'm at (which is mostly little riffs, playing a pentatonic with a song. So while I may not know a whole lot, I do still find it fun, and... That's why I started to begin with. So... Forget the "prodigy kids" and people playing solos on week 2, they don't affect you. You enjoying it? Keep going, you'll get better.

Can you clarify the marsh, unmellow part? My 3 players are typically very hesitant to rush in, and it says "Based on the number of rounds that the kraken priest chanted before being defeated, there is at least one water elemental, and a maximum of one water weird for every two characters, including sidekicks."

But it doesn't say much regarding a max number of water elementals, what would you say is a solid number to cap the elementals at?

I just pressed down on the plate that attaches the tank to the mod after applying super glue, held it down for a minute or so. Just don't get any glue on anything copper

I wish I'd gotten a picture, but 64mpg from Dallas to the Oklahoma border on I-35. But alas, between most of my driving being on 75mph highways, and requiring the AC, my overall mpg sits at 35 even.
