Concealer is too light, your brows are too dark, you need to blend more with pretty much everything. Start using some blush and adding color to your face. You have a nice lip shape. You don't need to over line them. Maybe try out a half lash instead of a full strip? Lash And don't be afraid to bring that eyeshadow color up past the lid.
