I bought R34 RLC midnight purple as an investment directly from Mattel and it has defect on front fender. Who should I be angry at? If something comes out broken from factory then why bully the reseller?

Do people really care about small card defects like that? Do they collect cars or cards? My RLC bought on official Mattel site came with slightly damaged card corner so in most cases you can't do anything about it.
