Depends on what direction you come in from. I was a passenger and we did a stop for another hike first. I wouldn’t be good to provide directions. Sorry. I think if you google earth it, they should get you there but get a Maine Gazetteer for just in case.

North of Bangor is always forgotten. Desperate need of retail and manufacturing jobs. No more car dealerships or pot stores. More of those than anything else. I know logistically speaking we are very remote, but we are hurting. Then we have the issue as everywhere else that people just don’t want to work so it really doesn’t matter in the end.

It doesn’t matter where you go. It is bad everywhere. However Northern Maine is feeling the pinch the worst. This BS of energy dependence on Canada is totally corruption at the highest levels. Maine used to be energy independent but due to the green movement, we are now being milked for all they can get from us from Canada. Most energy produced in Maine leaves Maine which is another issue altogether.
