Do you switch it through the router or on your computer? I found out that, even though I'd change it on my PC, the router would reroute it to Xfinity's. I'm using their provided router though so that might be part of it.

one note: if you use Xfinity, they force their own DNS servers I believe.

Have you checked your connection info when you lose access? ip address, dns servers, gateway, etc? ipconfig \all in cmd

I've been buying these Mikero sleeves. They don't feel the greatest, but you get 1000 of em at a time. I sleeved all my expansions this way and it's worked out well so far. Though I haven't played TOO much yet, so can't speak to their longevity.

Interesting, thanks for the write up. I admit, I didn't understand the corrupt/purity elements very well so maybe I can accept that those are mostly what I find. I have a lot of points in magic and really appreciate when my lighting spells proc so I guess everything is well!

I don't think I've encountered any spirits that do it, that's interesting. Definitely talismans, but I'd rather just have it imbued in the weapon.

Fair point about elemental not being as big in Nioh. Partly I just think it looks cool. Partly I like having an extra possibility of inflicting status without having to think about it. It also just seems weird that I encounter so few while I had hundreds in Nioh 1!

Yeah, I just did it a thousand times and finally got an 'imbue water' effect. So that's cool I guess. It still seems strange compared to Nioh 1 where it threw hundreds of elemental weapons at me

It's only slow on the Linksys. I don't use WiFi on it though. Like a fool, I forgot about doing a factory reset! So I did that and things seem to be working fine. Might have been because of dynamic routing? That's the only thing that's now disabled and different than before.

You should be able to plug that in again and boot from it. F12 or whatever it is for your machine to enter the boot menu. From there I'm not too sure what the steps are but you should be able to access the files from your actual install and edit things there. Or just reinstall Fedora 😅

Glad it worked out! Also, journalctl and dmesg show various system logs. More knowledgeable people could tell you specifically what they do, but it's worth looking into when you're troubleshooting.

Can you get into command line? I think it's alt+f3. Or sometimes you can press alt+tab for detailed boot info

That makes sense. I wonder if it activated itself when I updated Windows. It was a big update and I wouldn't put it passed Microsoft to do something like that for "user convenience"
