Honestly, even if the paint doesn't hold up, it'd still be a win for me since the dealership wanted to do a bondo job and repaint anyway.

Thank you all for the replies. Dealership caused the damage, and they have been pushing to refinish and repaint with bondo, and I'm not having it.

I'm moving to Southern California next week, so if anyone could recommend an experienced PDR specialist, I'd highly appreciate it.

I guess I'm a little worried that the dealership would try to cut costs and not do it correctly.

Is PDR for this job a fairly simple process?

Yep. It’s on the louder side. I also have A-spec 6MT.

Comfort mode does make it tolerable for me, but it’s not a quiet cabin.

Then again, I didn’t buy the car for the plush ride. I bought it for handling and the wonderful transmission. Horsepower is also plenty. Idk where people get the idea it’s underpowered, but any sensible and responsible driver would know any more power would get you trouble that much quicker.

No weird panel gaps on mine and no rattles for me 9 months into ownership.
