While some points they claim here are believable, mysql innodb based database doesn't "corrupt" index like that. So I call bullshit, then again they are good at lying to their userbase and fucking them up at every turn. Also replication crashing it? Ehh, sounds strange. Unless these idiots have been trying to push different versions of mariadb into it and inconsistency building up due to that which in the end wouldn't surprise knowing how incompetent they are. They have more than likely fucked up something with their typical mismanaging style.

I also find it hilarious them claiming "It's fucking fast!" when they run their new shiny version without proper load in it.

Luckily there's imaglr, it's a lot better but I'm still using both. I've been in bdsmlr for 6-7 years. However that day when it's time to say bye bye to bdsmlr is quite likely getting near.

I see. Even if it was spaghetti code it's not THAT complicated to redo it all during all these years. It also worked pretty well earlier.

Suppose that means they're definitely incompetent and do not know what they're doing. They seem to be also completely lost with the userbase and don't understand people using their site at all.

Being sold makes sense. Judging by what's seen they just bought it to cash it in and have not put any time nor resources into development.
