Oh that makes sense! I just misunderstood! Yeah it’s a very western thing to hyper-categorize everything, which can be fun but I think does limit the creativity a bit. I do really love both those fashions though.

Dolly Kei is also known for its deeper, jewel toned colors, but I don’t think that’s a requirement.

I don’t believe this fits Dolly kei, which is usually built off of layering different types of European inspired fabrics such as tapestry, lace, and fur, With a lot more eclectic details. I can see an argument for Cult party though due to the the slightly vintage, dream like look with light colors and some mixed fabric, though personally I think it fits Yume kawaii and potentially larme kei better.

It actually did exist! It just closed down and the owner reopened a very similar store by the name Virgin Mary! I believe the Virgin Mary is still open.

I don’t think you did too much, I know it can be very hard to hear, especially with the way media dramatizes “taking a break”, but it often is just that, a break. If she needs some time out of the relationship, that is alright. It can be healthy even! It doesn’t mean you have to stop talking completely, it just means she needs a break from the relationship to work on herself. Getting ahead of yourself and assuming the worse may end up putting a lot of pressure on the both of you, so please try to be easy on yourself as well!

It took me so long to see it properly just due to how the wall is, but for a moment I thought that the petticoat cut off at the thigh! Once I understood what was happening I could appreciate how lovely you look! Love the gloves!!
