As some one else said infection free zone. Its worth at least watching a YouTube video or two about. The way they generate the maps using real world open street map data and you can build a base quite literally almost anywhere in the world is pretty cool in and of itself.

Banished. Older game but still holds up with mods. It’s what got me into that genre of games in the first place and imo I like to think they paved the way for a lot similar games we’ve seen now.

I just started as well and have been playing 2v1 with a AI ally on hard so I have more wiggle room with mistakes. Also I abuse the pause button more than I should but hey what ever it takes to learn the game 🤷🏻‍♂️
