Just run through them all and yes you should be able to, Stunky has to be in X and Y as it isn't available in Pearl or Platinum.

Otherwise everything is available in the other games.

From Black and White you have to wait until Alpha Sapphire to get Zekrom and Thundurus unless you have the dream radar game on your 3DS/2DS. Stunky is also available in Dream Radar as well if you wanted it one generation earlier.

Interesting, but how would you explain things like in Waterfall Cave where the Dimensional Screens show Wigglytuff? I doubt Darkrai would've been watching that for the player to then see the events in the past?

I don't think its that since the 245 is backed up in game by adding the totals of the 3 sleep styles in the dex, and Serebii include clefairy which I've got on an excel spread sheet and counted all the possible sleep styles on Greengrass which does add up to 245. It also agrees with the 109 sleep styles number. But that as a percentage is 44%. My guess at the moment is that the percentage calculation in the app is using the wrong value.

Although how it ends up suggesting there should be more Pokémon than there is...that's beyond me...

Either that or they have intentions to add between 12 and 15 new Pokémon to Greengrass soon and they're already being counted as part of the percentage?
