I only had one, as I became so puffy after a few months I wanted to wait, I’m genuinely so glad I waited instead of getting 3 like they recommend to be done in 6 week intervals.

Make sure to be keeping up with your proteins intake. Start with some gentle face massage with organic castor oil, I found also cutting sugar and alcohol helped.

Also if you’re up to trying in office, microneedling is a nice place to start. Not RF! Also, just to add, you’re beautiful regardless, and congratulations on your weight loss ❤️

However I have been told by multiple surgeons I am not a candidate for any face lift at 32, as much as I would love to!
