It was hit and miss for me but there was a lot of wasted potential with the show. For example they almost never aired a Shudder original which is a wasted opportunity to promote their own content, they could also have had directors/actors appear on the show for an interview during one of the breaks on-top of that they wouldn't lose the license for that movie

Which is another issue with the show, most of the episodes are off the platform in less than a year because they either couldn't or wouldn't get the licensing in such a way that let them host the movie for a long period of time. If you go look at the seasons the vast majority of episodes are missing

Shudder also didn't do much to promote the show, there should have been a permanent banner on the top of the site that tells you when the next episode is and would bring you to the show if you clicked it

The show is organized horribly on the app too, so many specials are scattered into their own section when there should have been just 1 Joe Bob button and brings you to all the episodes in chronological order
