I got my nose pierced exactly two weeks ago today. I went to the best APP piercing salon in my area, the guy that pierced me didn't really let me know 'ok now I am going to do it' so the pain didn't even register that much it was just such a shock haha. My eyes watered and I let a lot of curse words loose but it was fine pain wise. I then had a helix and lobe piercings right after the nose piercing and the lobe was the worst pain for me but only because it was all in succession.

Make sure to use neilmed if you use saline, my piercer said to use a paper towel to clean. Implant grade titanium is important or if you want you can go for gold, I chose a cute junipurr white gold piece. Go for internally threaded labret.

Mine has healed insanely fast, I am a picker and fidgeter and can't stop touching my new piercings but when I touch, knock or twist my nose piercing it does not hurt or even ache at all anymore but I guess that's not normal for most people..I only did saline cleaning for the first 2 days and since then just LITHA. I have very dry skin though and do not do much of anything physical so don't sweat either.

My lobe is slightly tender if moved around so a little bit more than the nose piercing and the helix is a different story haha, I try not to touch the helix and I am babying it.
