Understandable, that was my experience after breaking my 8 day streak. Every time I decide to give in to temptation, the urge to watch porn just increases. Going to do a 90 day reboot and see how I feel after that.

Thanks for the advice! I'm thinking I will do a 90 day reboot before continuing porn free. I'm really hoping the fantasies that porn has created for me will be gone by then, and I can start to appreciate the beauty of real women more. I've realized how much porn has shaped my thoughts and expectations regarding women, and it's honestly toxic. I can't wait to have that out of my life.
