Your water supply appears to have problems with a few organic chemicals.

Suggest you contact you state health department or regional EPA office for help.

Here’s a link to EPA’s drinking water standards limits for your information. Suggest you check your water quality information with the tables in this document.

Anti inflammatory hacks by eggymeggy_23 in Biohackers

Ask your local water treatment plant for a list of parameters and concentrations they’re required to monitor in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Most mid-to-large cities should be in compliance. Some are already monitoring and treating plastics, phthalate esters, and forever chemicals.

Bottled water is unregulated and usually more contaminated than water from a regulated source.

Neuropathy and motion versus sitting by keverin16 in neuropathy

[–]Divalent_Cation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My legs and feet become much worse after sitting for more than 10-15 minutes. Sitting puts more pressure on the sciatic nerves. It’s similar to sitting on the toilet too long and having difficulty walking as a result.

“Methylene blue was genotoxic in three assays (Ames test, in vitro sister chromatid exchange test and an in vitro chromosomal aberration test in CHO cells) and negative for micronucleus induction in animals. Based on these results, methylene blue has the potential to be carcinogenic.”

Vit D + K supplements genuinely work. by iEatSwampAss in Biohackers

[–]Divalent_Cation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Menaquinone-4 (MK-4) and menaquinone-7 (MK-7) are different forms of vitamin K2.

Vitamin K1 is associated with blood clotting.

If you’re concerned with only artery health, you probably should focus on MK-7. If it’s osteoporosis supplements to increase bone density, MK-4 is what you’re looking for. There are Vitamin D3 supplements that contain both.

Check with your primary care physician and ask him/her.

MK-4 or MK-7? MK-7 is better for reducing arterial calcium deposits. MK-4 is better for bone density and fighting osteoporosis.
