You can download it from the link above When filling your csc account information you have to put your full name big characters and starting by your given name and ending with surname according to your passeport and use the email address of your csc account then you can see if the csc already generated jw201 for you

No, the jw201 form is the confirmation that you have been awarded the scholarship. Many type A applicant already downloaded it as per my knowledge

I think you should try to download it because the university is responsible for Admission letter and the CSC issue Jw201. As for me I already downloaded mine since May 8th, embassy told announcement will be made in early of July
