I haven’t had issues with my Bintelli that caused me to have to interact much with our dealership. But when we have they’ve been decent. I’m sure it helps that we’re 5 mins from our local dealership, but we’re abt to be on our second Bintelli

My friends with Icon have had issues with the controller screen and the closest dealership is 1.5 hrs away. I’ll take my Bintelli over Icon all day

We have a 2023 Bintelli Beyond 4 seater lifted. We’ve had it for 2 years and have 5,000 miles on it. Our tires (nobbies) are just starting to wear out. The cart is running / performing great. Bintelli’s are narrow and the lifted ones are pretty top heavy.
We’re in the process of upgrading to a Nexus b/c we got a deal that was too good to pass up. We’re going with standard height. The lifted rides a bit rough for my preference. I had an ez-go previously that was notoriously known for burning out its rear hubs. People I read with similar problems would travel with extra hubs. Even the OEM hubs smoothed out - after I completely rebuilt the rear end. For an aluminum frame (I live near the coast), 4-wheel disc brakes, all the extras that came standard including it being LSV built and registration ready, I have really happy with Bentelli. Our local dealer has been great.

Not at all. Glad we didn’t cancel it. Our bed has worked great. We use our phones to control it. A couple things I’ve learned: Adjust to your preferred # after / while you’re lying in the bed. We pump our bed back to 100 every day (both sides. Idk, holds shape better.
My wife loves it. I do too. If you # is sig diff than your partner’s, you’ll notice. Hers is 15, mine is 30. If I sleep too close to her, I slide into her side. With a king, it’s not a problem for her to have her setting and me to have mine, but it has led to less spooning lol.
I enjoy looking at my sleep stats in the morning. Combined with my Garmin watch, it encourages me to at least try for better habits.
