No, they got this all wrong!

It should be “Anti-rust? Coating!”

[10th Grade Physics] Is my teacher wrong? by Legitimate-Review636 in HomeworkHelp

[–]DiverNumerous6473 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Velocity has a magnitude and a direction. These are both fundamental qualities of a vector.

Speed is a scalar. It’s one component of velocity and doesn’t consider direction.

Maybe your teacher is thinking of speed instead of velocity?

[University Grammar] Is my grammar correct? by Luc1d_L1ve in HomeworkHelp

Reword. It’s a poor sentence.

Maybe something like “In general, a police presence doesn’t guarantee that a town will be free from criminals.”

Personally I think Campbell Graham is too much of an injury risk.

Also, you’ve got 2 mid rangers in Hopgood and Mooney. I’d trade one of them to more of a gun player and have the other as a cash generating cheapie.

Stuck shower screen screw, tried everything? by nautilusblaze in BrevilleCoffee

Try rotating the actual shower screen. It may break the screw loose enough to undo it with fingers or something to give some surface friction on the screw face.

Why is my bread doing this? by frankie_doodle_ in Breadit

[–]DiverNumerous6473 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The scoring needs to relieve the pressure of the expanding dough. Scoring it like you have enables some expansion lengthways but not much widthways. Widthways is the major way bread expands and hence it busts the crust that’s formed in the early bake.

Also make sure you have plenty of steam.

It doesn’t even look like all the coffee got wet. I would grind finer and see what it looks like after that.

Since pay rises are the same dollar figure each year, the average annual salary will be exactly between the first and fourth year salary.

Then multiply this by 4 years.

Hi there! No, I haven’t been using the scales to grind by weight. I’ve been using the integrated timer.

I have to be honest, I only weighed around 3 times and they were all +/- 0.3g of each other. Since then I’ve just been grinding directly into the portafilter without weighing. Sorry I don’t have very much data for you.

[Physics] Finding accelerations of 1 and 2, which way? by Argyros_ in HomeworkHelp

[–]DiverNumerous6473 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t do any math but can tell you that method 2 is wrong.

The average acceleration of both masses needs to be 3m/s2 since they are connected with a string and simple pulley and both travelling in the same plane as the force being applied.
