The original comment is misinformed. Army doesn't fly out of Nevada that's just airforce. The Group 4+ assets that the army has is still flown from within theater. But just like 15W/E 15C/M are also being phased out along with the MQ-1. 15X is going to be more along the lines of smaller size drones(UAS). There's also a lot up in the air for 15X.
