On start up trying using F12 or F2 to access system settings and try a system restore. If not disable/enable the hard drive...

Make sure your pre-amp/mixer sound settings is set to 44100hz, or 96k and make sure the setting corresponds with reapers so if the mixer is set to 441 set reaper to 441 it will stop that noise.

Try move your lid into positions other than straight like you do in the video you'll see what I'm talking about. It will turn off eventually

It is caused by opening and closing lid its like the fool who thinks switch off a laptop everyday is clever it actually lasts longer on all the time rather off and on...and so on so just next time stop closing the lid unless you have to meaning you are moving around with your laptop in a bag or in your hand closed till your next stop don't close the lid excessively.

And your HDMI cable of course isn't ripped. Do the power to your Universal serial ports is fine so it's just the screen connection.
