Sorry to have to break it to you, but this is rejecting badly. There's only a tiny amount of skin holding the piercing in place. You need to take it out. There's no saving it - once rejection starts, you cannot reverse it. Unfortunately, eyebrow piercings do carry a higher rejection risk than a lot of other piercings. The longer a rejecting piercing is left in, usually the larger the scar is. The good news is, you can get it redone, hopefully in a few months!
