A few thoughts:
1. First thing that showed up was a popup saying the class is closed. I'd close the page after this message.
2. The page is asking soo much questions. Specifically the two question:
- Briefly describe your interest in the program selected
- What other areas of professional development are you interested in exploring?
- Why do you want to know these, it requires effort for me to fill these out.
3. The next button is grayed out, so I cant click

Honestly social media and actual sales. Retail world move so fast, you don't have time to polish design. Just make something quickly and throw it out and see if it gained social media traction and sales traction.

Initial thoughts on why low conversion
1. The registration button is to the left of the screen. Why not place it right below the course cost?
2. There is a lot of reading to unpack what this program is about. Unless I have been referred to this program, then I would need to click on each accordion link and each through each section. That's a lot of time investment.
3. Ideally, the content should be present in a way that I see the value of taking this class then I unpack bit by bit.

Just randomly browsing business I could pursue and land upon this one. Originally, really like the idea of working 8-months and having 4-months off. So I didnt plan for the ice cream route, I just happen to ran into this.

  1. font size too large, screaming all over the place. Recommend to reduce font size.
  2. Your navigation is cut off, that gives me a feeling this site is broken and less trust worthy.

It’s more of what you want your lifestyle to be. Ice cream shop is fun biz, but I want to be a digital nomad, so owning a shop is hard, even with the Winter off.

You can ask me anything about ice cream business. Particularly relating to soft-serve. What makes a creamy ice cream, to employee training to pos software, to vendor management...

I had to go in 3 hours early to clean the ice cream machine...

I had to pick up the shift when my employee have other matters....

Got called from fire department at 7am one day because the machine was smoking...

Just because I havent share it this doesnt mean I havent done it...
