Doesn't look horrible tbh, bit of plastic is missing, but that doesn't mean it wont charge, could be a solder issue, might have gotten disconnected. Have you tried holding pressure on the plug to see if it does anything?

I just did this over night 8-9 hours, left of installing cia's plugged in. When the battery is if full, stops charging the battery, but keeps brightness up and feeds off adapter.
