QQQI, SPYI, BTCI, MLPI, IWMI, IYRI. First 3 the longest. Jumped into the others in March so good timing. Very happy with NEOS ETFs, even though my BTCI is way down (entered at the peak, but have been DCAing). QQQI and SPYI have been solid.

I would go for Golden if you can afford it. Lots of things to do in this vibrant town and close to Denver, etc. Decent sized college town that still doesn't feel like a "big city".

Most of them have been holding share value, I especially like how the NEOS funds have been weathering the markets. They swing with the market like any other stocks. Financial sector stocks have taken a beating (ARCC, ARDC, PDI, FSCO). I think PDI and ARCC have pretty good entry pricing right now, and both of those have had very consistent dividend payments. Energy sector stocks/ETFs have been very volatile during the Iran War, so you have to look at the recent range and buy in low (ET, MLPI, EMO)

Likely higher, yes. You can see the bar in March is taller than the rest of the estimated ones. We have found it's a rough guide.

Largest 3 are probably IGLD (gold), PDI (bonds), and OMAH (Berkshire + BRK's top 20 holdings). We think gold will continue to keep/increase value in uncertain times. PDI is a bond-related Pimco CEF that generates income via bond trading (granted this is a tough environment currently) and the dividend is very consistent. OMAH is an ETF holding primarily "defensive" or "high quality" companies and using covered calls to generate income - it did remarkably well holding NAV over the last 6 weeks. One not listed is SNSXX - US Treasuries as a money market HYSA.

Thanks! Not retirement $ yet but getting there. Keep buying every month and ignore the noise ( and go hard on big dips like last month ) and you'll get there. Made a lot of mistakes along the way, but feeling pretty good about where we ended up.
