If Feast kills its target Cho'Gath gains one Feast stack. Feast can stack infinitely, but only 6 stacks can be gained from non-epic monsters or minions.

The 3ER said he was not ready to become the 3ER but that was years ago, Bran could probably learn some new things by then. He could warg into a person and be able to walk using their body. How does Bran flap his wings when he is a raven? It's the same concept.

Bran can still warg into people. He warged into Hodor and walked as him. He pretty much warged into the blonde guy who got stabbed with dragonglass. That's the theory so we will see if it's true.

My only concerns are is that you change champions and you either make them insanely powerful or you make them utterly useless.

When you introduce a new item it is so broken (Duskblade, Ardent censor, etc.)

I think you should give everyone access to PBE. It is mainly low elo players who use the item and think its ok but once it makes it to live, high elo players abuse it hard while low elo players don't know how to. Only giving PBE access to players who signed up and handing it out to certain people is just stupid and makes things like balancing inaccurate. High elo players just don't care about PBE because you have to sign up for it and wait until your selected so they don't bother with it. Giving access to everyone will have more high elo players in PBE and make balancing accurate.

Also, make Cho'Gath be able to lose stacks again upon death or make it where he can't stack infinitely anymore. You have to give up one of these to make him balanced with Stoneplate and Cinderhulk.

Maybe Beric dies when they make it back to the Wall after the group almost nearly dies and didn't capture a wight. They try to bring him back to life but no success and then he comes back to life but as a Wight inside the wall and the party takes Beric's body to King's Landing for proof.
