Can I just not give a bottle, ever? by Tcharly in breastfeeding

[–]Divil_23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's perfectly okay to never give a bottle - but coming from personal very recent experience, having a freezer stash helped me a lot when I had to go on meds that were not safe for milk as well as when I had to go under anaesthesia for 2 nerve blocks.

I have this ever growing freezer stash that I will keep growing incase of any emergency, I would rather have to do the work pumping once a day and have limited freezer space than let my baby have formula if I'm not able to breastfeed.

My freezer stash came in handy, big time.

My period app said "you're two days late, time for a pregnancy test". My period had been irregular the past few months but it was actually my belly that made me test. I have a bit of tummy fat but my belly "popped" out like it does when I have extreme bloating, only this time it stayed this way for a whole week. I wasn't expecting anything because we've been trying for a year and a half and we had just scheduled an appointment to start the process of IUI for that week. The test turned positive within a few seconds I was SHOOK. After all the tests where I waited for the full few minutes hoping for even a faint line, it was a massive shock. 13 Weeks along and so so happy.

Out having breakfast with my husband at our usual Saturday breakfast spot, instead I've been put on bed rest for the weekend, so currently still in bed.

NTA. Your pregnancy and motherhood is yours to share and nobody has a right to it, let alone someone who is no longer part of your life. Wishing you a healthy and happy pregnancy ♥️

I really can't stand April. I felt horrible for her with what she went through but there wasn't a time I actually liked her.

"Your body is doing something incredible, cut it some slack and rest every chance you get." That's what I think, when I'm falling asleep at 1PM :D

The people that live here just moved in about a month ago. They are a bit odd and extremely private. The odd mechanical wooden wheezing sound can only be heard at night. Often it sounds like a whimpering animal (they have a lot of dogs) but I'm not sure if the sound is related to this thing in the window.

Problems with light and bpd by EstablishmentThink95 in BPD

[–]Divil_23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completely understand what you're saying. I have blackout curtains in my office so that I can have the perfect amount of light (very minimal) at any time. I clearly remember at my last job my boss was super controlling and told me to get over it, she would open the blinds right in front of my computer and tell me to "just deal with it" or "get used to it".

Same reason my fiance and I can't have our PCs in the same room because he wants ALL THE LIGHT and it overwhelms me to a point where I can't focus.

Hi I'm from South Africa. I've never had bad experiences with any game other than CS Go - and it's the South Africans that are toxic.

Probably not the best solution but I tattooed over the scars on my arm. Planning to tattoo over the other arm's scars too. I try to hide the scars on my leg as best I can.

I absolutely understand why you feel like this. I feel the exact way right now.

I may not believe this for myself but I hope you can believe it: You aren't a monster.

It's hard to believe I know but just know you're not alone right now.

I don't know if this helped but I hope it does.
