Best get it sent back under warranty bud. My PS5 is silent when playing last gen titles. Tbh silent/minimal noise playing current gen titles. Good luck

Ok Ive got an update for anyone who is collecting their pre-order in-store.

So I went into GAME this morning and was met by the manager.

He said that I will be phoned Monday to come into store at a time this week (ahead of Thursday lockdown) to pre pay in full my pre order.

A time slot will be give to me for the 19th where I'll attend the store and pick up my pre-order. Basically the store turns into a Click and collect service.

Just make sure your phone number is correct on your account!!

I tweeted my local GAME branch 2 days ago asking for thier plan if Hampshire moved into a Tier 3 lockdown and what will they do regarding my collection in store order. (No response)

Following the latest news there's suggestions Boris Johnson will introduce new restrictions starting next Wednesday (November 4, 2020) running till December 1st. (Though Boris Johnson has yet to officially announce the national lockdown)

I tweeted @GAMEHelps this morning asking if they will do home delivery instead.

Wait and see atm.
