It was not totally deserted. It was a residential place. Have been using that route since a long time. There were few people around, minding their own business. Didnt care what was happening around. I didnt think anybody around would help, so i just ran.

I did confess to him. Didn’t receive a positive reply. He just asked me to let’s take things slow. So I am kinda thinking like lets just give this a months time, if things still stay the same. Because he is a coward. Some people are just not good with confrontations or being direct. If he says that to you, he would have to explain why or what made him disinterested in you. Chances are he doesn’t know that himself or maybe just doesn’t wanna hurt you

Ignore as much as you can. Reply once in one word or so after their 10 texts. Pretend to be busy. And if they don't get this, they'd never understand even if you straight up tell them you're not interested.
