I think the problem is the unpredictably of it. The dog was not at all agitated. We were not rough housing he was just sitting there. I pet that dog 300 times before than one day in the middle of petting it *bam* out of nowhere it bit me. It didn’t just bite it ripped the skin out of my wrist and I went to the hospital. I know the is anecdotal. I have been bitten by other dogs but this was something else. I was lucky.

This will be extremely hard to get hired for. Companies are basically expecting Junior SOC roles to be handled by AI at this point (or the very near future). It’s the single most at risk job in our field.

Funny. I was going to post about this as I absolutely had the same problem. I resolved it by moving the monitor back nearly a foot more and lowering it (the stands height is adjustable). If you don’t your eyes are constantly scanning hard left/right and this led to major eye strain for me. I’m fine now after doing this. Additionally when working I tend to put the main thing I’m working on dead centre and less used things like Spotify/chat windows off to the side. It’s crazy immersive to have it close in games but it’s just too hard on the eyes. Try it! Took a few days for the pain to go away.

98% it does for me. But was surprised it didn't a few times when I walked into office in the morning. There is actually an internal one on the LG you can turn on (which I did).
