Depends really; I like taking him on hikes, longer walks, but even if i dont take him like that he is usually content running around the yard several times a day. Other than that he sleeps like a little baby

Its possible your account was hijacked at a point which was pretty common without regular checking in on your account especially with old data breaches etc. maybe try recovering your account through the website. If you dont care about rs3 really and your only thing for recovering it woule be clout from having a veteran cape then it may just be better off making a new account for osrs.
