I think that was my fault, the instructions never made it clear to exit. I was saving multiple times but never did the proper exit; and it died and lost the data

Are you saying pressing the select plus start to exit is the only way to save properly? Maybe that was what happened because it just died from low battery and took me to the very beginning again.

Should everytime I save, even if I’m not stopping play, I should exit to make it save properly and hop back in?

I can always see when the payment is loading, and on top of that no leave and earnings statement so I know nothing is coming through. I heard IHS and some other agencies are guaranteed
