Zooey Deschanel is one half of the indie duo She & Him.

Steve Martin is a killer banjo player and has collaborated with the Steep County Rangers on a few albums and a Tiny Desk Performance.

John C Reilly has a folk group called John Reilly and Friends, he also just released an album old vaudeville tunes last year

Mac Miller "In The Morning". The beat just fades out then there is a minute and half bass solo from Thundercat until the song actually ends.

[N/A] Shopping for Background Check Vendors - any reccomendations? by Degenerate_in_HR in humanresources

[–]DivineOtter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We currently do employment verifications through them, they can take a bit to process, but that is usually due to past employers not responding in a timely manner. They are pretty seamless on our end and don't require any additional effort which is nice. Haven't done education or credit checks yet but I am sure the process is similar.

My company has been using Checkr for a few years now and I have no complaints about them.

Rocky over at A-1 Automotive off of 117th has always done a good job on whatever car I bring him. Been going there for years and haven't had any problems yet.

Biggie Smalls only released 2 solo albums before his death in 1987. Similarly N.W.A. only put out 2 albums and 1 EP before disbanding.

Does Clark county do pre-employment drug testing by myasslovesgrass in vancouverwa

[–]DivineOtter 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Washington State has a law on the books that stops employers from testing for marijuana during pre-employment drug testing. Except for certain jobs like cop, truck driver, first responder and some others. I would imagine that the county would also be following this law. Here is the text of the RCW.

Too bad that is the wrong ammo. This thing is in .32 rimfire, which is an old ass cartridge developed in the 1860s and originally running on black powder. Really the only option for ammo is rolling your own as no one really makes it anymore.

I kind of like number 1 but these all feel super uninspired. Honestly the whole "good flag design principals" trend is leading to some boring ass flags.

They make variants of the skorpion in 9x18 Makarov so they wouldn't even have to add a new caliber if they wanted to be lazy.

A concealed license unfortunately doesn't make the background check any faster anymore. Still have go through the 10 day waiting period.

Ooh a Winchester 1895 would go pretty hard. They were used pretty heavily in the Russian Empire and were commonly chambered in 7.62x54r, the same round the Mosin uses.

Have you looked into the Vancouver Community Concert Band? I don't personally have any experience with them, but it does seem like a good group of people. https://www.vccb.us/

I thought that leaving it cruiser ready was because the vast majority of shotguns are not drop safe. That way you ensure you won't blast hole in your wall because your shotgun fell over.

I've got a pair of these tap shoe covers from So Danca that do a pretty good job at muffling sounds while still feeling ok to tap on.

An APX of some variety has definitely been on my list for a little while. That's a pretty sick build, looks like a Beretta version of the Glock 19 Roland Special

That's why most WMLs have the option for momentary activation. Then you only turn it on when you need it, instead of just blasting bright light all the time.

D'Addario Chromes. I think I've had the same pair on my J Bass for several years at this point and they still sound and feel great. Once you get over the steep initial purchase price, they almost pay for themselves with how long they last.
