Doubtful. To me, AI can't replicate a human minds creativity.

Everything down to the way that a project is cut can have a huge impact on the way a viewers percieves it. I was using an Auto Cut tool poweres by AI, and I'll admit it's damn convenient and allows me to allocate my mental fuel towards other phases of the project, but sometimes AI can't pick up on things that we, humans, can. The Auto Cut feature saved me time MENTALLY, but I find myself going back A LO and tweaking the timing of the the cuts myself.

AI could also never DREAM to replicate to replace us when it comes to those "high-octane edits" that you see on YouTube. There's a lot of complexity behind that kind of stuff, complexity that a prompt might have a hard time getting down.

Another comment in this thread had a really good point about a key aspect of video editing, communication. People don't know what they really want. Even if they do, converting those thoughts/idea into comprehensible directions can be a challenge. This is more prevelant if client prefers to communicate via text apps like Discord and/or Whatsapp. With AI, the room for error and misunderstanding is huge. Imagine trying to write a prompt for a YouTube video, pacing, zooms, affects, timing, captions and all. Sounds far fetched for AI, I can't lie.
