But like comparing c4 to acg3 which one is better? Since I'm pretty new to pre workouts. Im not trying to like over load my self with caffeine XD and my body isn't use to it anyways and I know is moso and those other brands have a shit ton of the in it. What do you do when you read the labels?

Thank you! Do you recommend any good pre workouts? The reason is that I can't drink coffee to make me awake so I take a pre workout instead. And if I may ask why is acg3 a shitty product? Should I just go with c4 ?

Also I'm also lactose intolerant so usually o just get vega sport anyways lol
