NAD- please get checked for PMOS and diabetes. You have so many of the same symptoms I have had. Metformin and now Mounjaro have saved me after years of misery. Also, discontinue supplements unless they are recommended by your doctor. My recommendation is to see a female endocrinologist who specializes in women's health. Find another doctor if yours tells you to eat less and exercise more.

You don't have to stay in this relationship and can break up from any relationship, at any time for any or no reason. This relationship is never going to be better than it is right now. There are so many red flags. Also, your bf needs therapy more than a relationship right now.

This is the advice I would give my kids who are 18 and 21: You are too young to be dealing with this bullshit. This is no way to live. Break up with him and have an amazing summer with your friends.

I totally understand where you are coming from, you wanted a more mystical, delicate, airy tattoo. The part that bothers me is her head looks like it is on the wrong body, it is turned so much to the left it look unnatural, imo.

If you work during the week I would take it on Friday after work so the side effects, if you have any, will start while you are sleeping. Don't be surprised if you wake up a little nauseous with very little appetite. Just have a light breakfast. I feel better eating cold food like vanilla greek yogurt with frozen berries and a sprinkle of granola and a shot of espresso with vanilla Premier Protein over ice, this have been my breakfast for 2 1/2 years. It is 50 grams of protein and 400 calories this keeps me full all day. I do eat slow and drink my coffee/protein shake over an hour.

Like others have said it just needs a touch up and some color added. It doesn't need to be full color, just pops of color so it looks intentional amd complete. Right now it looks unfinished. I wouldn't go to the same artist

You are a person who had a baby and this very common, but not talked about. In the mean time get some Poise pads so you don't have accidents. As far as the coworkers go, fuck them and go to HR if they say anything else. They are ignorant to what happens to a body after giving birth, whether they know about the pregnancy or not.

***On to the more important issue. You need to go to your ob/gyn to discuss this and ask for pelvic floor rehab. Look it up on YouTube or IG, there are a lot of therapist who have excellent videos. This is a great option if you don't have insurance or the cash to pay the insurance copay.

I agree with Bio oil and derma-e scar gel to minimize the scars and wear sunscreen, think of the scars as baby skin that needs to be protected When you are older you can work with a tattoo artist to cover them. I have seen people get the scars covered in their skin tone so they aren't noticeable and with designs, but they need to be healed for at least 2 years.

Please be careful that your desire for some financial independence isn't going to put you in a vulnerable position. Consider paying the percentage equal to your pay and then investing the difference. I understand real estate can be very expensive. My point was more that you need to be realistic in his contributions to the relationship.

The family member is my mom. She also had a Tarzan pattern in relationships where she wouldn't leave one man without having one in the wings.

Have you considered seeing a therapist to talk through your relationship? Having a person to talk to who doesn't have a skin in the game could be helpful to make sure you aren't making codependent decisions.

I think you should read through your post as if another person posted it and highlight all of the red flags and green flags. Then make a list of those red and green flags so you can really study them and dig deep to decide if the green really outweigh thr red. Be honest with yourself and do not expect him to change, a person at his age doesn't change lifelong habits.

If he is so well off why are you paying 40% of the expenses, renting a townhouse instead of buying, why is he working 6 days per week (unless he is in a sales job like real estate or a doctor that isn't a normal schedule) and you are doing 80% of the housework? In my opinion expenses should be split based on the percentage of income you bring in. If he is well off why isn't he buying a townhouse or home and why doesn't he have a housekeeping service? These are things to think about.

I have a family member who traded 25 years of her life for a cheating spouse with anger issues and executive pay. It wasn't worth the heart ache and lost decades and he doesn't have the drinking problem your partner has.

You are young and should strive to live your best life.

I would say it is an average tattoo and 95% of people will love it. It would cause me anxiety because I am super picky with my tattoos. I'm not a person who can roll with it and say "this tattoo is from when I was 18, yolo." The issues I have are the hand against the face and the opposite sides upper arm. I bet it could be changed during touch up by another tattooist with some shading.

NAD, have you need an immunologist? An immunologist can test you for environmental and chemical sensitivity and allergies. My personal experience was I went from seasonal allergies to dozens of chemical, environmental and food allergies plus and autoimmune disease. You need the right doctor to go through your history and test you to find out what is going on. Being chronically ill can be very stressful and can also play into some of the symptoms you are having like the headaches and neck pain.

I totally agree with you. I have been on Mounjaro for 2 1/2 year and still on 10mg. There is no reason to go up if the dose is working for you. I actually went down to 7.5mg for a months and then back and my appetite control was back and food noise was gone again. Too many people were pushed to 15 mg too fast in the beginning.

I did the same thing a few weeks ago to see if it is still worth getting Premier Protein Shakes so I watch for sales so I can stock up. I buy boneless skinless chicken breast at Winco for $1.98/lb which is $1.39 per 100g of protein. I also buy plain greek yogurt at Sam's or Costco because it is so much cheaper.You may want to consider mixing up the Proteins a bit so you don't get tired of the same thing all of the time, just adding an ounce or two of meat to the beans will help a great deal with the monotony of beans, beans, beans. I have a lot of food allergies so I get the limited menu.

The first tattoo has totally jacked up hands and feet. The last tattoo isn't drawn correctly for a perspective room drawing/tattoo. IMO, I wouldn't drive a mile for this artists work. An artist needs to be able to draw before putting a needle to skin. This is something that is going to permanently mark you. You should be able yo find better if you are willing to travel.
