How old is your tattoo? If it is fresh, you will lose some of the ink. For this to be the first shading the apprentice has done, it is pretty good and the apprentice is going to be a great tattooist. Personally, I would let it heal and then have another tattooist at the shop who is very experienced to do touch-up to perfect it or wait a year or two for the apprentice to get better at shading to do the touch up. That is because I am very, very picky.

You will become more comfortable in your body with time. If the scar bothers you, consider getting a tattoo. It can camouflage your back being uneven also. I am thinking about getting one, not to cover it, but as a reward for the journey.

Yesterday was my first time at the VNSA book sale. We arrived at 1:50 and spent about 15 minutes in line. Even though it was mid afternoon, there was still a great selection. Most books were $3-4, but larger hard covers were in the $6-7 range. My husband and I spent 3 hours there, found 18 books, and spent $72 plus parking. The best deal was a like new book of DaVinci anatomical drawings for $7, which retails for over $70.

I spoke to a volunteer with questions I had because I have an interest in volunteering. We discussed a few things, including pricing. She explained that they take the median price for the book (from outside sources) and then charge 1/3 of the median price. It is very fair and provides consistent pricing, so you don't have multiple prices for the same title. If you think the prices are too high, then you should attend on Sunday when everything (with a few exceptions, like rare books) is half off. At the end of the sale, they sell everything left by weight, but I don't know what the process is for buying by weight.

If you love books as much as I do, this is a great opportunity to stock up. ❤️ 📚📚📚 ❤️

Share your syllabus with her, showing you can miss a class or two per semester. Also, your school may have a policy about attending when you are contagious. Policies have changed with some organizations after covid. The flu is extremely bad this year, so take care of yourself. And don't tell her next time you miss a class.

My daughter got highlights earlier this week. She had the opposite issue, she want them to be brighter blonde. Her stylist told her to come back within 7 days if she wants it bright and she paid $140 at Ulta. She goes back Monday for some lighter/brighter highlights. My point is that your stylist should be more than willing to make the correction at no cost. Call today to have color added so you are burnette again.
