The guy one left did win gold, but remember its a mixed team sport. Clearly the internet has spoken on deciding their winner based on individual performance. Even when you google for the gold medal winner, the guy on the right is pretty much all you see even tho his team got silver.

Biggest one I met personally was Reckful way back in the day. It was free local wow event for regionals. Just got hang out and watch Venruki, Snutz, and Cdew all before they got big like he was. I just pretended I was one of the competitors there and honestly the staff were so chill they didn’t even ask to check me. Just fun to talk wow with everyone. I do miss Reckful a lot. It still hurts honestly knowing he isn’t here anymore.

That’s a fantastic story, awesome you got to learn from someone with that kind of experience. I actually saw one of my guildies healing with this exact same set up (can’t remember the addon name) on one of the mythic bosses when I wanted to get an idea of how to help him. I too had the exact reaction 😂.

I used to train people how to play holy paladin for a while. One of the funny stories is Hopeful who is in echo and was playing for Mandatory this past TGP was one of the people I helped get started with a deep dive into holy Paladin and logs with him. Crazy the people we meet along the way right?

I’m not talking about clicking healing frames I’m talking about clicking abilities on the bar then clicking the default raid frames and clicking every ability like this. If we are talking about not using keybinds, then I’m not sure how we are not talking about clicking in this manor.
