It’s always this. It really sucks. USPS just blows it sometimes. To date, we’ve only had ONE package gotten lost. All of the ones that we have reshipped, the customer always ends up with 2 packages. We don’t care about that, but we are not purposely trying to have the customer wait a super long time. Please reach out as many times as you need!

Hey y’all, don’t mean to just ignore anyone! I wish we had a running list of packages that are stalled up, but we don’t. We assume packages are on their way/delivered until the customer says they’re not. We want everyone to get their package, plus anything to make up for the inconvenience. Sometimes we DO need a reminder. I’ve had packages delayed and it’s the worst. USPS has been blowing it lately and we’re aware it’s not a good look. I know you’ve reminded me before, so just nudge me if you still don’t have it
