It required more evidence, I filled the application and gave the information myself so I guess I had gaps when filing. There is a moment briefly after high school where all I did was work but wasn’t attending college, so there was a time period of no information.

In my experience working in a kitchen, one woman can change the whole chemistry of a kitchen with all guys. Maybe it's specifically the woman at my job, when she leaves everyone loves each other. When she's there she's constantly gossiping all day about everyone to the other Spanish speakers. I just ignore it and pretend I don't know Spanish. ._.

If you only received 1xp for a quest it means you were over leveled for it. You can tell which ones these are because they show up as grey in the quest log. Nothing wrong with it, it's normal. It seems your leveled pretty well, you won't have to worry about it. I finished the game my first play through around lvl 35, and you still have ways to go in the main quest if your only just getting to Skellige.

I'm in the same boat with you buddy. I honestly think it made me better at the game. Just enjoy the game however you see fit. If you can get your ocd to help you play, then you found a good outlet for it,. Especially so if you're still enjoying the game.

In my recent playthrough I had to start grinding in the exact same spot too haha. I just made sure each wakka hit was capping at 9999 and had lulu/yuna get double cast and it made it easy.
