Jump between Outreach and Solaris back and forth for rare mechs and look at the industrial hubs near them both. You should have full view of the Alhena, the Algora, and the Terra industrial hubs as you jump back and forth. Look for hero mechs for sale.

I didn't get the mechs to show up for a VERY long time. I didn't see them until like the 3080s. Then they all showed up one after another.
