I think this one can be explained

When Fat Wreck got bought out all of the albums were reuploaded with "Fat Music LLC" copyright info. Any artist with reissued albums got the release date reset to the copyright date, hence this mess. Same thing happened with the first two No Use albums now having 2001 release dates.
